Shipping Policy

At Maysloun, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Every order is prepared with attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Any estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

As customs regulations differ between countries, Maysloun cannot predict or control these charges.

Customs inspections may also result in delivery delays that are beyond our control.

If a shipment is refused because customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not paid, any refund will be subject to the shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, and any other fees incurred by Maysloun.

If you have questions regarding possible import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

  • Clear photographs of the item and, where possible, the packaging
