Fabric Care Instructions

Keeping Your Garment Fresh and Beautiful

IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend only cleaning your Abaya/dress in the washing machine if it has no embroidery.

  1. Hand Washing: For best results, hand wash your abaya/dress in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent. Avoid scrubbing vigorously to prevent damage to delicate fabrics or embellishments.

  2. Avoid Bleach: Refrain from using bleach or harsh chemicals as they may cause discoloration or damage to the fabric.

  3. Drying: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and reshape the garment. Hang it on a padded hanger to air dry away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

  4. Ironing: Use a low to medium heat setting on your iron to smooth out wrinkles. If necessary, place a cloth between the iron and the abaya to avoid direct contact with the fabric.

  5. Storage: Store your clothing piece in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew or mold growth. Avoid hanging it in crowded closets to prevent wrinkles or misshaping.

  6. Professional Cleaning: For abayas/dresses with delicate fabrics or intricate embellishments, consider professional dry cleaning to maintain their quality and longevity.

  7. Handle with Care: Be mindful of jewelry, accessories, or rough surfaces that may snag or damage the fabric when wearing your abaya/dress.

Following these care instructions will help preserve the beauty and integrity of your garment for years to come.
