At Maysloun, we only produce made-to-order garments to avoid waste. We take pride in crafting each order with care and precision to ensure it fits you perfectly. As a result, please allow up to 2-14 business days for the making and preparation of your order before it is handed over to our trusted carriers for shipping. Rest assured, we're working diligently to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All our products are being shipped from Dubai, UAE.
We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping for orders totaling 50 euro/USD or more. Additionally, we provide free delivery within the GCC region.
International shipping and customs:
When shipping orders internationally, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility as the recipient and are determined by the destination country. As the importer, you must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the importation of goods.

If a customer declines to cover the customs fees associated with their order, Maysloun will not provide a refund for the order. It is crucial for customers to acknowledge and anticipate any potential customs charges before proceeding with their order placement
Package tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the Track & Trace code, enabling you to monitor the progress of your package. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be accessible until the following working day after the carrier has processed your order.
If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your neighbors or looking for a delivery note left by the carrier. In the event that the Track & Trace code indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@maysloun.com for further assistance.
Incorrect deliveries:
